LifeTouch by NEC
This is the LifeTouch by NEC, and it is a 7-inch TFT LCD screen tablet that will run on Android 2.1. It also features Mobile DDR 256MB, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, ARM Cortex A8 CPU, accelerometer, 3 Megapixel camera, internal stereo speakers, SD/SDHC slot, two USB ports, as well as an 8 hour battery life. The NEC LifeTouch is planned to be released sometime in October.
