My classmate in college has a weight problems ever since. She strives to be thin despite the opposition from her mother thinking that it might cause serious harm to her health. She takes the best diet pills as long as it is approved by the FDA. According to her she got nothing to lose whether she takes diet supplements or not she is still a heavy weight. I told her though to consult a nutritionist or medical expert. She should not just rely on claims of every supplement because some might not be true. Good thing she followed my advice and she then went to a doctor that specializes hormonal problems. I knew it the problem was her thyroid; the doctor told her that her thyroid gland is functioning well. She has the condition where in her thyroid produce very less thyroxin-a hormone responsible for metabolizing calories in the body. So right now she is under the medication and I really see some improvement on her figure.
