Ban asbestos
Mesothelioma is an acquired condition due to exposure to asbestos, and where would the people get asbestos? It can either be in the workplace for industrial workers or in residential area where there is an industrial plant that uses asbestos. There are people who now bring this issue to court especially those residents that are exposed to this harmful substance. They may not have the mesothelioma, but they are trying to prevent it from developing by urging the courts to give those industrial plants suspension to operate if they found out that it uses harmful asbestos. Residents would hire mesothelioma lawyer and chemists in order to find out if an industrial plant violates the law of using harmful asbestos. Some industrial plants would use asbestos as an ingredient to insulate heat, this for sure violates a law because asbestos in some form are banned in the US. Hopefully the US would follow the EU wherein all forms of asbestos are banned from utilization instead they would require industries to use alternatives for asbestos ceramics or cement.
