Hey guys I made some adjustments on my site today. I just took away the ShoutOut box because I think it congest my site. Anyway its Valentines Day and I accomplished the day by giving a bouquet to my girlfriend. She blushed when I handed it to her. I’m flattered of course, the thought of making someone smile is enough for me to be happy as well. Happy Valentines Day Sweety. And oh I haven’t taken any photo today because my camera is dead and my phone cam is a crap.

Thanks Doc

The week I had was terrible prior to Valentines it was upsetting. I had this stomach cramp that stayed for three days. It was so painful, it affected my work. I could not afford to stay home because the bank needs me. So after office work I went to my physician, then he checked me. He checked some vital signs, he did not recommend me to undergo scanning of my gut since he said this was my first time to have stomach cramps. He said if the pain stayed longer I should be advised to be in the scanning room to check if I have ulcers (creepy). He gave me some medication and tips on how to avoid future pains. He wrote it in a paper that has an Rx on it. Whatever that is so here it is
- Eat a well-balanced diet and having a regular meal.
- Taking antacids
- Not taking aspirin or anti-inflammatory pills if possible
- Quit smoking (I don’t smoke)
- Avoiding eating too much, having late snacks or skipping meals
- Identifying and avoiding foods and drinks that make the pain worse
- Reducing stress.
Good thing the pain disappeared. I just thought maybe the cold weather trigger that gut pain or I should watched out of the food I eat. Oh well til then folks.
